Marta Romashina is an award-winning photographer and journalist with over a decade of experience in fashion industry. Having lived in eight countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa, her diverse cultural background plays a central role in shaping her creative vision and approach to storytelling.

Deeply influenced by art history, semiotics, and mysticism, she weaves these disciplines into contemporary cultural narratives. Travel is integral to her practice, nourishing her visual language and allowing her to engage with subjects through cultural nuance, symbolism, and a deeper understanding of context.

Since 2022, Marta has been based full-time in Paris, where she received a Passeport Talent residence as a renowned artist.
